After a long day on my feet or to relieve sore or swollen joints it was GREAT because it helped me relax. I like to use it in the bath or I prepare a foot bath and use it on my swollen and tired feet. I will continue to buy this brand as it was the most effective out of all the others I have tried. Does not irritate and did not notice any unpleasant odor. Simply perfection! Highly recommended. Use this to make LARGE jars for Christmas gifts along with a foot bowl so my friends can have as much fun as me. Use and ENJOY!
