I'm always open to new ways to help me sleep well. With 6 kids and a litter of puppies, I'm about 7 years behind on sleep. I have the ThisWorks shower gel and love it so I was glad to try these two products. Pillow Spray: The first thing that struck me was the small size of the bottle compared to the price. If I spray this every night I estimate I'll get about a month out of it, but I'll post the exact time it ends. The second thing I noticed was the smell. It's intense. It's not a disgusting smell, but I wasn't expecting such a smell either. It's not as nice, light and refreshing as I thought it would be. But anyway, I still sprayed it on my pillow because I'm nothing but a team player and wanted to give a full review. After spraying it I remembered I forgot to take my midnight snacks so I left for about 15 minutes and when I came back I felt like I should add more sprays because I couldn't smell as much as I did I. thought i should Lotion: This one smells the same. The smells of these products are not offensive, they just smell strongly of raw lavender and chamomile. The intensity of the scent wears off pretty quickly, I think some might find it too fast if they like the scent (I prefer the scent as it fades). It's a small tube and I'm estimating an average usage time of 1-3 months depending on how much you use per night (and again I'll update once I have an exact timeframe for how long it lasts). I put it under my nose and a little on my hands. This is not a thick cream. My hands feel very soft and moisturized with this cream - it's a VERY good cream! About 5 minutes after application, the intensity of the scent diminished, from that point on I fully enjoyed the scent. Combination of two products: Overall, I felt very relaxed until I fell asleep. This is not a trick. Although I will say that I fell asleep no faster than usual. It's not the Ambien we're talking about, or Xanax, but in my personal experience they really help to relax the mind and body. I didn't feel overwhelmed when I woke up, I didn't feel groggy when I fell asleep. Quite the opposite - I woke up at 6am ready to go and falling asleep feeling relaxed, comfortable and in complete control of my mind. I read what others say to give him time to really work. And I will. But at the moment I can't say for sure if I would order them again. Now if I had to pick just one to reorder, I would go for the spray (although I prefer the cream for the amazing moisturizing properties I can find with less expensive creams). I find it extremely odd that some people say they felt lightheaded after using these items. I don't understand how this is possible, but what do I know? I'll be back here with an update when my bottle/tube is empty. The real question is, how much does a good night's sleep cost YOU?
