Review on 📱 Aduro Combo Case & Holster for iPhone XR: Slim Shell, Swivel Belt Clip, Built-in Kickstand by Dana Schmidt

This holster is great value for money and well designed. I had mine for a few months and then I wore it in such a way that when I got in the car I put so much strain on it that the clip on the belt popped out of the back of the holster (I wore it like that). I should). knew better). Part of the clip came loose but not actually "broke" or broke or anything, nor did the back of the holster. I was impressed. I tried several times to align and reconnect the two pieces but it proved difficult as there were many bends. I should have stopped there and contacted customer service to find out how to put it back on properly but I didn't and tried pliers which damaged the felt backing in the holster. I then contacted support (over the weekend) explaining the whole thing and asking if I could just buy a replacement part of the holster as it was my fault and they got back to me within hours and sent me a full replacement! VERY responsive and helpful. This is a good case and great value for money. It's really great design and durability. A few years ago I had a different case for a different phone and the same thing happened (that's why I should have known better!) but in this case the pieces were really cracked/broken. They didn't break with this cover, the design is such that I could have put it back on. I highly recommend this case
