Updated: I got them in April and it's July now. I LOVE this bag! I always think I'll switch to another one, but I didn't. In California, we recently voted to use reusable shopping bags, and this bag allows me to carry multiple full-size bags with me at all times, as well as the collapsible bags I've used for years. The middle compartment also holds a TON of stuff. I usually carry my meds, body spray and antiperspirant spray with me with no problem. It can get heavy with all my stuff but it's a great bag. I've had the straps fly off the clips a few times but have had no other issues. If you like big bags, this won't disappoint. OP: Bought in red and noticed the price has gone up since I ordered it two days ago. In any case. Arrived today. There is no smell that others have mentioned before. The bag is smaller than I thought but big enough. The large detachable inner bag has two compartments like these bags, but also a zipped compartment, which surprised me. Good. It's also quite roomy and I was able to fit a lot of stuff in it. The bag itself has another roomy but smaller fixed pocket perfect for keys and a pen. The shoulder strap is detachable but not adjustable. Haven't removed it yet, just put it in my pocket to see if I need it in a pinch. Once my stuff was in the bag, it was no longer flexible. Feet on the bottom would be a nice addition. I need a bag that I can carry my stuff in and not worry about spills or anything. The color is pleasant. It really feels like leather and isn't too cheap to be synthetic. Overall this is a good bag that fills to a good size. I would consider buying a different color.
