I'm actually an artist who wears latex gloves to protect my hands when pouring, mixing and applying paint, acrylics and oil based products. I wear gloves in my studio for hours and often wash my gloved hands multiple times during a session. Cleaning with soap and water (even pumice soap) doesn't seem to harm the gloves in any way. Some artists' solvents turn them yellow, but the gloves still provide the barrier I need until I'm ready to stop. I've had them running for two weeks now with no splitting or tearing issues. I also wear them on the NYC subways and buses for safe travel during the COVID crisis. This was my first purchase of Green Direct latex gloves; I would buy them again. This was my first purchase of Green Direct gloves.
