I used to have bamboo sheets so I was hoping for the same softness and coolness as before. Luckily, these sheets provided just that. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They're great for those of us going through menopause. You can't find better sheets to minimize hot flashes any time of the year. The extra deep pockets and elasticated hem are also great and worth the investment. This fixes the problems I've had with my old sheets that always puckered the corners after a few nights of sleep. The top sheet is also very large, which is also a good thing, gives you more coverage and helps eliminate the fight with your spouse for more sheets. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed with is that after a night's sleep they get wrinkled. I dress my bed by folding a corner up - mainly because the layout of the furniture doesn't make it easy to get to the top of that side. My bed looks a little dirtier with this sheet than with my previous one.
