Event & Party Supplies Bow Tangle

When I took the pom pom out of its plastic packaging I was a little confused at how the bow ribbon was wrapped around the tissue paper. I ended up having to tie a knot and tie it, it wasn't that easy with the length of the ribbon and the texture, I didn't want to glue well but in the end it held up well. It could be just me, but only instructions would be helpful. They are beautiful when disheveled and overlook the few real tears that come out when disheveled.
