Review on Babelvit Newborn Booties Slippers Gripper Boys' Shoes by Jaie Bobin

Sooo slippery, good for me

These fluffy booties are so slippery that my baby fell so hard the first time she put them on. It literally says it's made for toddlers, so why is it so slippery? It's just slippery suede material on the bottom with no hook. I bought another brand when my baby first walked last winter (she's almost two years old now) but they were too small for this winter so I bought them as a new pair as they arrive sooner than the other brand. What a waste of money. I ended up using my own puff paint to paint on the bottom of the shoe to keep it from shifting around as much. Unfortunately they still didn't do the job that the original pair of slippers did so I ended up just buying the previous pair which I bought again. Don't waste money and don't put your children at risk.

Pros
  • They're great, they're strong enough to withstand some tugging from the kids, plus they're soft and warm to keep feet cozy.
Cons
  • It's huge! I think I could wear them but they didn't fit my grandson for a year or two.
