We used it instead of at our wedding.

We used these at our wedding in place of the wax paper baskets our food truck wanted (we also used bamboo plates). Shrimp and grits hold up very well - no leakage problems. To work with a thicker variety, they are well suited. In fact, the food truck owner asked where we got them so they can use them for future wedding meals.
