I like that it's easy to use, has many useful features (such as room cleaning reminders), and lets you manage multiple properties from one account! The interface could be improved by making some of the screens smaller or having more space for text in general.

It was great being able to have all my reservations under one roof with no need to keep track of paper tickets and other paperwork. Also had a huge benefit when we started using this software - managing our inventory so there are never any out-of-stock rooms.
