**UPDATE: The company emailed right after receiving the order and I used it to contact the toggle switch issue. I was immediately notified via email and offered a full replacement. I sent them my information and they processed the request immediately. They have checked it over and over again and I am very satisfied with the product. Amazing customer service! My original 4 stars have increased to 5 stars.** I would definitely recommend them. These are good headphones and are great for use with DVDs in the car. Good price. Four stars instead of five because the toggle switch to toggle the noise canceling on/off is difficult to move - we bought 2 headphones and it was so difficult for a child to move the switch, the plastic part came off and we never have it in the car found . . The headphones still work, but we can't use the noise-cancelling feature.
