But it's still not the best quality. On the negative side, I found

Cheap. Yes, I admit it. But it's still not the best quality. Cons I've found: 1) The bar (where the clips are) isn't straight (all 12 I've had). 2) The hook rotates too much, making it difficult to hang with one hand. 3) The hangers are very easy to stick together. If you're using this to save money so you can buy better ones, go for it. It costs less than $1 each and still does most of the job of storing clothes.
