I tried to find an oiler that I wanted, made in the USA, but to no avail. This looks nice and is recessed where the oil is which keeps the oil in place. But there is no "seating place" for the lid and it dangles on the plate. The plate has sides to keep the lid from sliding off, but there is a lot of dirt between the sides of the plate and the lid, which allows the lid to move a lot. As if the lid was made for another, smaller plate. No big deal, just bad design.
