I bought these glasses mainly because they are so cute and unlike most more conventional/boring frames, they allow me to express my inner Penelope Garcia. I work third shift and am an avid gamer, so I spend a lot of time staring at computer screens, often in dark rooms. I wear blue light blockers to reduce eye strain and help me sleep better and they should have been more attractive than the ones I've been using. Well, not only were they an update in the optics department, they were also a huge update in the functions department. The difference in how much blue light these headphones block compared to my old pair is significant and I think after just a few days of use they are helping me sleep better.
