In general I am very happy with it. Good: This is a pair of durable yet comfortable memory foam blocks. I can sit semi-sitting in bed and don't hurt my back and shoulders when using a regular pillow. Bad: I thought it was two pieces, so I could put one under my head and one under my feet, but no: the two pieces are attached to each other. You only get two configurations (which is better than one, but not what I expected). Also, it arrived with seams on the upholstery already torn in two places. It's just a cheap case - as long as I have foam blocks I might as well use it - but it's a bit embarrassing that it's in poor condition.
