Did I buy used shoes?
I really wanted this product to work. I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes and when I opened them up I was shocked to see that they looked like they had been used? I had the impression that I was getting completely new ones. Probably not. I still don't understand how I bought used shoes? A pair of these don't look bad, but the others are definitely out of shape.
