Exactly what I expected. Perfect size for 1 tablespoon of Metamucil with plenty of extra space. wanted to measure out my fiber in unit doses so I could take it with me. I don't have to worry about my spoon getting dirty every time I have to scoop it out of the container. Not to mention more hygiene. Keeps food fresh instead of opening the container wider. I recommended especially with Covid-19. You can wear gloves and measure unit doses of products. And then you don't have to worry about different hands touching the actual product. Continuous. So far I haven't found anyone with a defect. Lots of pockets for the price.
