The product is very easy to use. I patched a hole in the backrest of a dark brown faux leather chair. I used fabric putty to add depth and applied several coats of repair glue over the course of two weeks to allow time for drying between coats. I am completely satisfied with the result. It will never look new again; However, the glue prevents the stain from growing and the repaired area becomes much less visible. It's worth trying and seems like a good investment of time and money.
