I mainly use the lamp for meetings with a camera. It is very light for personal use. It also works well for fill light when working with videos (I'm an avid YouTuber). It makes a lot of luxury for a small space. Light temperature range 3300 (soft white) - 5600 (daylight). I like it, it's much better than the ring light. The light seems to spread more evenly than the ring. In terms of portability, it is very portable. Easily fits in a backpack. Please note that the device is only sold with one lamp. So you need to provide a stand or base to attach shoes. The base has a standard 1/4"-20 thread common in the photographic industry. And it has an additional shoe mount. However, due to the size and weight of the lamp I wouldn't venture on a shoe. The camera mount I moved but for (for a fixed camera a shoe mount would probably fit. included) Cons: - not sold with any type of stand - remote control is a little bulky - shoe mount doesn't seem strong enough for active movement Camera.
