Disappointing Quality Control
The first one I received had a deformed top and the taped top stuck to the plastic sleeve it came in. I tried smoothing out the tip but it was starting to be too big. Work - with continuous use the abysmal quality would probably annoy me, so I asked for a replacement. Luckily the replacement came with the top, but it was damaged by a dent in the privacy screen. That's why I'm sending a replacement back. It might be the third time, but if something goes wrong after that third try, I'll probably just buy a different brand.
