Pedalpalooza is a multi-month series of themed bike rides that take place almost daily in Portland. Usually you decorate your bike with lights to ride along. I used these LED strips on my bike and liked them so much I wrapped them around my friend's bike. You need to connect them to an external battery. I put the power bank in my bike disc and attached the power bank to my friend's bike. See image. pretty bright, and the light patterns are very cool. The sound-responsive blinking works, but I haven't used those features. I didn't use tape. I bought some velcro and used them to attach the lights to the bike. See photos during the pit stop! I did some testing and found that a solid white light drains the battery faster than other settings.
