Very useful and perfect size

These containers are very handy for working with sauces. The sauce is enough for 2/3 of a meal. Plastic tolerates oils a little better than silicone because the grease is easier to remove. The plastic is flexible enough to help you pour the sauce. However, since the sauces I use are mostly very runny (vinaigrette or just olive oil + vinegar), it swells a bit out of the top. So I always isolate them from other items or packed lunches. I still think they are very useful, just a small catch. I've had them for a few months now and they are in great condition.
