Wife didn't like it very much. made her too hot. The cover/fabric is not very soft/comfortable. and offered a little support in the areas she wanted most (stomach and back). The manufacturer says you can add "filling" for more support; but she hasn't used it long enough to test that theory (although to be honest I don't know how it could make the back less flexible/stronger. And the belly didn't stick out anymore since it's a preformed and seeded shape and would therefore never fail to attract attention as she would like). {The back isn't attached to the bottom of the pillow and therefore doesn't stay in place at all, with little to no back support in the process; and effectively turning it into a waste of bed space - the "tummy bulge" in the pillow meant to support the tummy is a damn joke given its size and offered little or no help - - the only positive thing about this item was that it helped with leg/thigh pain. although a regular pillow between the legs would have done the same if not better. I would rate it 2 stars at best. but my wife wanted 3 stars despite all the flaws and less than 10 days of use.}
