I rarely write a bad review, but here are the key points: It takes 30-45 minutes to power up. The soundbar sold by the same company only connects with RCA cables. There is an option to connect with a coax cable, but those are different connections to the TV and soundbar. That means you can't turn off the sound on the TV and only play the soundbar volume. It gives you crappy TV sound with good soundbar sound. *****FIX****** - After talking to 4 very nice part-time support reps, my case was finally sent to the General Product Manager - there is a place to plug in a COAX cable, but it was just that hard to find. In all cases, before I got to the top product manager, I sent photos of the connections to the support team, every photo had the right place to connect, but none of them knew that ****** TV Remote doesn't want to work with the soundbar and the soundbar remote control does not work with TV sound. So you always have to use both remote controls. The support team is not aware of any of the issues I have raised. It looks like this company has hired a number of part-time workers to stay at home to support them. Don't get me wrong they are all very nice and try to be helpful but none of them know anything about the products this company sells. I just found out that this is a new company with new company problems. If only I knew I would pay extra to not have all the problems I have. Trust me, don't buy this company's products until they arrive. Now I have the huge inconvenience of packing up all their crap and sending it back - oh, and I have to pay for it. UPDATE: After all my issues, Furron decided to send me a 55" SUN TV (upgrading the one I bought). It came in the mail today and I'll let you know the results in a couple of weeks. Overall, my experience with Not bad at all from this company, it was just a product that was.
