Works like a charm, does what I need.

Bought a while ago had mixed reviews but decided to give it a try as my old car doesn't have an extra jack and a replacement radio is beyond the budget This unit works great! Pros: - Inexpensive - Easy to connect - Beeps on, connect and off - Visible LED indicators to show power and connection. This device never stops connecting to my LG phone. It's confusing at times when I have two devices connected (I use this for music and podcasts in the car and the headset for phone calls) but I just toggle it on and off and it connects to media audio just fine without a phone connection. damaged. Disadvantages: - constantly flashing LED during use; it's bright enough to be a little distracting at night - sometimes the switch doesn't connect properly and I have to try turning it on a few times - definitely not good for phone calls, although it has a microphone. In the event of a power failure, the tone will pause to notify you that charging is required. and when it reaches that stage you have about 3 minutes of power left before it shuts off. All in all, it's totally worth the price. I heard other complaints that "I hear the mechanism". I hear it? Yes, when the music is low or between songs. Does it bother me personally that I hear that? no I hardly notice. The sound quality is great, but that's probably more due to the good sound system that the car came with. I'm glad I found this, it breathed new life into an old car radio. I'm fine as long as the cassette mechanism works.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
