I like the fact that they are very reliable and knowledgeable in what they do. They have been extremely helpful with our many projects over the years. It is difficult to find someone who can handle large scale projects that require many different aspects of technology. They truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond for you. The only thing not liked about Southeastern Technical is the amount of time it takes to get an appointment scheduled. There are so many other companies out there that provide great services at a much lower cost. We have found that we have been able to solve most issues by having them come in for an assessment. This helps us understand how to best proceed with our work and also allows us to see exactly where the issue lies if there is one. We are using all-inclusive billing for our small tech companies which is great! It's easy, simple, fast, affordable - it works well with what we need (and don't). The main thing I like about SE Tech services is how quick they respond when something goes wrong. They will work very hard to fix your issue as soon you report them!! There isn’t anything in particular but if there was an automated way by reporting their performance issues then maybe more people would be able to use those methods?
