Recommended to me by my vet for our adopted kitten. He was found on the side of the road with gastrointestinal problems from contracting Giardia and cryptosporids on the road. The vet told us to give him Nupro for Cats along with fermented goat milk and raw rabbit dog food. All of this was prescribed to heal the damage done to his intestines by the parasites. He's still recovering, but he likes it. He will eat it right out of his bowl on his own. I was so surprised. I'm happy to give him something that will help him be healthier. One container is enough for a long time and even for two cats. The granules are compressed, so the daily dose is small. It comes with a cute little scoop already in the container. You need to take out the pellet scoop when you open it for the first time. I love this product. I would buy this again. I also use Nupro Gold for Dogs for my dog and adopted dogs.
