First I bought this case for use as a real estate agent. I like the holder on the back for grabbing when my clients e-sign documents. If you're looking for light weight, you might want to go a different route, as this case definitely adds weight. It feels like I'm carrying a laptop with me now. The case requires some manual manipulation to take it apart, even to fit my iPad inside. It comes with a small pick-like tool to pry the rubber off the plastic shell, which helps a bit. However, the rubber is a bit thick because the volume button needs some pressure to move it up or down, which is a bit troublesome, maybe it will wear out a bit over time and will be easier to control. In general I like its appearance, I chose gray because black is boring for me. The case feels solid enough to withstand a fall and I don't have to worry about damaging my iPad. After a few weeks of use I will try to go back and edit my review if warranted.
