Review on ALORAIR 180PPD Commercial Dehumidifier with Pump, Wi-Fi Control for Crawl Space & Basement, Capacity up to 85 PPD at AHAM, Ideal for Large Spaces, Job Sites - Yellow by Mario Beckwith

First I bought a Sentinel HDi-120 for use in my basement because of the extremely high humidity. It works great, which drew my attention to ALOAIR's products for this device, the Storm LGR Extreme 180 PPD, as I was looking for a device that I need to move around different areas (garage, camper, etc.). I've been using this device for a few weeks now and so far I'm more than satisfied with this device. I recommend the device for its ability to reduce humidity from almost 80% (expected of course) to 50%, but this is complemented by the device's remarkably quiet operation, its portability and its ability to lift accumulated water in the small space and the Ability to control things remotely using the application (separate garage). I agree with some of the other reviews that the app will require more development as it's a bit buggy, but I managed to get it working (I'm relatively good with software). I gave the device a 4 instead of a 5 due to app issues, but will be releasing an update later this year hoping to bring it to a 5 once the app issues are resolved. If you're looking for a very reliable device that's portable, quiet, and has the convenience of remote monitoring and control (ALOAIR is a quality company, I'm sure they'll find out the app) you'll be happy with this choice.
