While there are many cheaper projectors on the market, I chose this model as my first projector. Still affordable, fits in my apartment and from a brand I recognise. Manufacturer's specs are as advertised (nothing critical) - native 720p resolution confirmed, although 1080p can be emulated if required. (Videos and films from YouTube/Netflix play well!). I only need it for a 70 inch screen. - User interface menus are clear, easy to use and configure. - The brightness is just great when it's dark (this also depends on the quality of the video being played). The focus is also easy to adjust. For now I haven't had to change the factory screen settings. - Light and small. You can easily move it. Unfortunately, it cannot be mounted on a tripod. - Quick start to reach maximum brightness (no need to warm up). Shutting down is quick too. - Internal stereo speakers are ok (thankfully the sound is just right for my living room) - Fan noise doesn't interfere with the video sound. I tested it for video gaming (with an Nvidia Shield set-top box) and noticed no audio lag. The remote control must be pointed directly at the projector (front or rear) to avoid operational problems.
