Review on 8oz-15 sets of Golden Apple Plastic Food Storage Containers with Lids, Microwavable Translucent Deli Container and Lid Combo Pack - Stackable and Reusable by Kimberly Elliott

I bought plastic "Golden Apple" containers for building materials for middle school students to make their own vegetable oil lava lamp and their own alcohol and water salting experiments. They worked great as they are clear and big enough for the entire class to see. They're stronger than plastic bottles, but their wide opening made it easy for students to mix all the ingredients (and wash them afterwards). Lids came in handy too (otherwise the classes would have been a lot dirtier). I've been using them to bring snacks to work ever since. They fold up nicely even with the lid closed, so I found it handy to put them in one of those 6" diameter document and picture holders so I could add a lot of variety without having to juggle. The only downside is that they're not super runny, so it's best to stick to dry snack foods (cookies, mix, fruit, etc.).
