Although I really liked the look of this kennel infill for my dogs and it fit perfectly, we only have approx. At first I thought it was ok because Doxy is known to dig. However, I noticed that he never ransacked the other bed I bought him when I first adopted him for $5 from Dollar General, so I was wondering what was so special about this particular pillow. After several weeks of trying to get it to stop - he also pulled it out of its kennel and then dug and laid in it - I noticed that a gray-black stuffing was coming out of the pad. After trying to patch it and again telling him to stop digging/biting the pillow, the stuffing came out again. It occurred to me that something about the smell of the stuffing attracted him and that no matter what I did, he would find a way to dig it up. I ended up throwing it away. left after only about a month and went back to dollar general and bought a same brand kennel pillow as his other bed. Now he doesn't dig as much and we've had this kennel pad for 3 months and it's only $10 compared to the $20 I spent on it. I just wanted to warn everyone about this. This particular pillow, because if your dog is a sniffer hound, he might be attracted to the material the AKC uses to stuff this pillow and might end up digging holes in it.
