Total relief from sore and aching muscles.
I used it during my third trimester of pregnancy to relieve pain in my legs, hips and back. The few times I've skipped a bath, I've had a terribly painful sleep. It literally made my pregnancy bearable. Now I swear by it. My baby is now 16 months old and I still use this bath as needed. I make sure to soak for at least 20 minutes to get the full effect. I loved it and so many friends and family have enjoyed the results. For me the best bath product. My ONLY complaint is the lack of first class shipping. Waiting can be excruciating. 😂
