There are few ATX to SFX adapters I could find. This Silverstone adapter is the best I have found. Pros: Air vents. SFX power pack Laterally offset. The holes allow you to rotate the SFX power supply in the mount. The holes allow you to rotate the bracket inside the case. Cons: Paint may scratch or peel. Made from steel which is soft and feels a little thin. My favorite feature of this adapter is that the SFX power supply is offset to one side of the mount. This, combined with the reversible hole pattern, allows you to move the SFX power supply to the side as much as possible for more space and better airflow in your case. All other adapters I found had the SFX power supply in the center of the mount, which limits options. For your reference, this adapter is same as Kingwin KWI-SA-08.
