I ordered it from the Haoile store on Revain and I wasn't disappointed. The product was easy to open and install. The instructions were very carefully written and easy to understand. I replaced the ink cartridges in my Ep.s@n WF 2380 printer. The first cartridge I replaced was not immediately recognized. I took it out and considered cleaning the chip on the cartridge with the rag that came with it. However, I just reinstalled it and it worked fine after I clicked 'OK' when my printer asked me to say 'OK'. So installed correctly! Color wise, on my first print after installation, when I made a "high" quality print, the yellow of the new cartridge was a little lighter than previous products I've used. The second side wasn't any different from the others, though, so maybe it was just my printer upping the ink load. I mentioned earlier on this page that I used non-Eps@N inks in my printer. At first I couldn't, but then someone suggested I roll back the firmware updates in my printer. I did, and I believe Epson's firmware is partly trying to trick you into buying Epson ink, which in my experience is a lot more expensive than other well-known brands. long between exchanges, so I'm very satisfied.
