I've had several Zagg keyboard cases for iPad and like to turn my device into a mock laptop. Other versions of the Zagg keyboard case had serious hinge issues, but this one looks pretty solid. We'll see over time, but so far I'm quite happy. However, there are two things I would fix if I could: 1) You need more detailed instructions on how to connect an iPad to a case. The connection process itself is reasonable, but the problem lies in reconnecting. In my old Zagg cases, I had to turn on the keyboard to connect to my iPad. On this, you just press a button to connect. It took me some time to figure that out. 2) With a case advertised as durable, you would think there is a way to keep the screen closed. I dropped it about a foot off the ground and the screen popped open. Luckily nothing broke. All the pads in the world are useless when the screen is open. Overall I'll be mostly happy with the purchase as long as it lasts.
