Has enough room to comfortably hold my S&W 9mm Shield and I can't see any marks. I like that the bag is light and the faux leather is very soft. The black is a nice soft black and I haven't seen the color peel off the clothes. I like that I can lock the gun bay. Everything I need every day fits into the bag. In addition to my firearms in a separate room, there is a main zippered compartment with internal pockets that can hold a small medicine bottle, lipstick and mirror, a pair of sunglasses in a case, several business cards, a mini wallet/card holder, a cell phone and much more find an extra charger cable. With all of that, it's not hard at all. My only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is the shoulder strap. As the bag is lighter than my others, the strap keeps slipping off my shoulder and twisting since it doesn't have any fabric on the bottom to "stick" to clothing (of course I'm not wearing a crossbody when I'm on this one problem encounter ) . . Still, it's a decent wallet for the price, and it did what I was looking for: a smaller, concealed carrying case that could also fit additional items I use on a daily basis.
