I didn't like these cables at first. None of them got stuck and I was afraid to press too hard and risk damaging the phone. After a few tries and careful inspection, and without finding any obvious reason why they weren't being used, I tried again. With a little extra force, a little wobble, and a little scary clicking sound, they finally settled and slid right inside. Now they both slide straight in but have a nice fit. I don't know what the picture was, other than it wasn't a phone. Possibly cables, although I don't see anything obvious there. I only gave 3 stars because of the poor initial fit and the annoying clasp that might rear its ugly head down the road.
