Size 18 runs smaller than size 16 in Old Navy. I didn't want to order a larger ON jacket because they charge shipping and I'm prime so I looked for a comparable jacket. It's too little. The quality is normal, but it was difficult to zip up. Not because of the size, but because of the quality. Good for the money but if you have kids who take their jackets on and off all winter beware.
