The ease of use, having everything in one place with no need to install or configure anything for our team members who are not technical experts was very helpful.

I would like more support from their side when it comes to creating custom integrations that we require but other than this i have nothing negative about using them as they provide great value for money solution which has helped us reduce time spent managing CI/CD process by 70%. We were able solve issues related to code quality control due to lack of expertise within dev teams so now all developers can do their own QA prior to merging into production branch ensuring higher code quality without any problems after release. Also reduced number of manual checks needed before deploying changesets - saved hours per day at least!
