The best thing about this was their customer support, they were always available to help whenever I needed them for anything. They are also very responsive when it comes time to change policies or add new features to our account. It does feel like sometimes adding content takes forever compared with other platforms (they need to streamline things) but once we got into it, everything went pretty smoothly. Definitely give it a try! You'll find some of the features work better than others. For example, you can't use Google Maps in your profile unless you pay extra so there's no way around paying if you want to be able to put on events via MapD. There needs to be more ways to search within profiles without having to click through different menus each time. Also, it would be great if all groups had a similar layout/style. Sometimes the templates look.
