I bought one of these and a Clean Cub bib. They are generally similar. I agree my daughter has a bit of a hard time seeing the food on her tray due to the sheer volume of material; however, the boy's clean bib became stained after the first feeding with a tomato-based product and acquired an odor in less than 10 uses. Since my daughter loves all tomato based foods, I went with Bibado again when deciding to buy a third sleeve bib. Since she has Down Syndrome, I know we'll be at this stage of self-feeding longer than most people, but I wouldn't want to do it without Bibado. This protects her clothes and prevents food from falling into her lap, which of course spills over the chair and then onto the floor. This bib has greatly reduced my cleaning time after meals. Can't speak to the ease of wiping as I rarely use the bib more than once before throwing it in the washing machine (mainly because it's so dirty). After washing I just hang it on a hanger to dry and I can walk again. Just make sure all the velcro straps around the neckline and bottom strap are fastened so they don't get caught on other items in the washing machine.
