This bag is just right for cycling. The 2.5 liter hydration bladder easily fits behind my back and the rest of the bag can hold plenty of water without being bulky. The small roll up tool pouch at the bottom of the bag is very handy and keeps all my bike tools tucked away and separate from the rest of the gear. Two exterior pockets on the hip belt are perfect for things like garage door openers and snacks. The bag sits lightly on my back and I don't even notice it's there (unless I'm drinking water while driving). Good value for money!
