• I was hoping they were made in Korea judging by the Korean labels on the product images; no, they are made in china. • The plastic packaging is really flimsy and cheap with a few pieces peeling off. The lid doesn't really close. Well, that's fine. • They give off a strong bamboo odor that is a little annoying when you put it up your nose. • The sticks feel strong and the cotton is easy to apply. • My biggest concern is that there are some small bamboo flakes/shards at the bottom of the container so I have to blow on each one before using it. For this reason I will come back to paper pencils.
