I like this earring very much and I would like to give it 4.5 stars. I removed the star because it moves a lot and I had to keep checking it to make sure it was aligned properly. I ended up buying a rubber o-ring for the tail to stabilize it and now it doesn't move at all. It really is a beautiful piece of jewelry and I love that I can put it on and forget it. I don't even feel it when I'm sleeping or holding the phone to my ear like I used to. 5 stars because it's a beautiful earring that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, 4 stars because I had to buy something else to make it effective. I love it and I think it's the best cartilage earring I've ever worn.
