Pre-sales and after-sales HP promised to charge a specific HP laptop. It is not. It also sometimes gets confused as to which screen is the primary, or a screen reverts to 1024 x 768. It doesn't handle 3 screens properly. It also doesn't get past the loading screen. These are probably laptop limitations, not docking station limitations; However, the HP sales team promised me it would work. So I need to review the device they recommended. Also, the customer service was very bad. Tech support and customer service were unhelpful and dismissive. In general, HP Consumer declined after HP Enterprise split. To be honest, I cannot recommend HP consumer hardware to an IT engineer.
