They are really cute but after 2 weeks of using the first one the plunger stopped rising on its own. We gradually had to make more and more effort to pull it back after pushing it to get the soap out, to the point where my 4 year old needed help to do it every time he wanted to wash his hands getting the soap out (about 20 times a day). ). I figured it was just a bad option so I threw it away and started using the second set. It's been less than 2 weeks and now the same thing is happening to him. Lo and behold - the return window closed 3 days ago. I bought Whole Foods 365 Lavender Scented Large Foaming Soap. There is nothing odd or unusual about this soap that would make those pumps stick together. Loosening, tightening, flushing with fresh water, nothing has made them work properly again. Very disappointing.
