Laptop stand saves space! Bonus points for being able to put a tablet next to a laptop. All devices are now in a tidy corner of my desk. Adjusting the width is easy enough, but can often be a nuisance as you have to pull out the Allen key each time. It's not necessary to do this often, so it's fine. However, I have another similar product currently being used on an older device. It has a sticker on an adhesive pad that isn't adjustable so the device isn't as tight. I definitely appreciate being able to adjust the width if I need to use it for other devices in the future. It's strong and appears to be durable. I frequently switch between my laptop and a large monitor. I adjusted the width to give me a few millimeters of breathing room so I don't have to struggle when I take the laptop out and put it back in. Even with a little break, it seems solid.
