The customer support has been fantastic during my time at nimBUS, they are very quick to respond when issues arise but also willing to help out even if you're not having an issue right now! I do like that it's possible for me as a developer using PHP & MySQL (among other languages) to be able to host some of our sites through their platform without too much hassle from us getting in touch directly via email or phone call - saves money over hiring people who can handle technical stuff themselves ;) Also have no complaints about how easy setting up new applications/sites was, so great all around service here :) There really isn't anything bad i would say about working with them :).
We use this primarily because we get access to more than one server which allows greater flexibility / scalability while maintaining backups etc across multiple servers.
