The picture on the box and the number of balls sent seems a lot. However, when I opened the package, most of my letters were torn or had small holes in them. As you can see, I was only able to write the birthday because the letters I, T and H in the maiden name were damaged. The Tea Rex was also damaged and I couldn't use it which was very frustrating because my son loves the Tyrannosaurus Rex. The latex also had small holes. But they send enough of it that it's not particularly noticeable. Overall everything looked good, but I'd be lying if I didn't tell you how big the difference is when you present one thing and get another. If I paid more attention to reviews I would buy two just in case and return the one with more damage.
